$100 deposit to secure reservation (cheque, cash, Bankcard,
Master or Visa card over the phone or by fax).
Rent is payable in advance at all times.
Pre-payment required on check in.
An administration fee will be charged on cancellation of a booking.
$50.00 administration fee up til 4 weeks before reservation start date and $100.00 administration fee under 4 weeks before reservation start date.

2 Bedroom top floor apartment (with large balcony overlook the City to the Mountains) $770 per week

attracts a nightly $20.00 surcharge.
